Unibui sees a future where college students and local commerce connect in urban environments. Our platform builds a strong student following while enabling local and corporate businesses to form continuing and long-lasting brand loyalty. On average, students spend $25K per year on discretionary expenses. Unibui aims to save students 10%, averaging $10K per user over a 4-year period.

With our new iOS app, Unibui will soon have a presence in all 50 states with an active user count of 5 million students. We envision Unibui to be the single platform which corporations and local businesses across America connect to in order to reach the college demographic. But, more importantly, we hope to be the first thing on students' minds when they think about purchasing anything.

Our CEO, Payom Niazmandi, is the passionate powerhouse behind the unibui engine. His fresh student approach has opened doors in education that have been shut for years. Payom is a confident and insightful leader in local consumer behavior with a focus on how connected demographics impact communities.

 

Through his efforts with the Knight Foundation, he was chosen as 1 of 140 Young American Leaders Program by Harvard Business School. He is connected to over 14 countries in areas of real estate, local municipalities, education institutions, and investors. Few can navigate the higher education system the way he does.
